Permissions Required by the Application
To deliver field service management features, the We4Work mobile app may request the following device permissions. Each is used strictly to operate a specific function of the Service:
- Location (Coarse & Fine / GPS & Network): To enable real-time technician tracking, job location tagging, and route assistance.
- Internet & Network State: To connect to our servers, sync data, and verify network stability.
- Camera: To capture photos and videos of job sites, completed work, assets, and supporting documentation.
- Storage (Read & Write): To save, upload, and access reports, invoices, images, and other files related to your work.
- Foreground Service & Wake Lock: To keep tracking and sync features running reliably while a job is active.
- Battery Optimization Exception: : To prevent the operating system from interrupting active location or sync sessions.
- Google Services & Maps: To display maps, locations, and routing within the App. You may revoke any permission through your device settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you give your consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection and use of your information as described here.
Information We Collect
The personal information we ask you to provide, and the reasons for collecting it, will be made clear at the point we request it. We may collect:
- Account & contact information: you provide when registering, such as your name, company name, business address, email address, and phone number.
